SEN, LSA – Learning Support Assistant Special Needs PMLD in an SEN School
An exciting opportunity is available to support students with PMLD as a SEN TA, LSA, or Learning Mentor in a dedicated SEN school. You will work closely with pupils to meet their complex learning, sensory, and physical needs, helping them access education in a safe and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- The ideal SEN, LSA – Learning Support Assistant Special Needs PMLD for this position will be someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school.
- Familiarity with conditions such as autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities.
- Experience in collaborating with parents, carers, and support staff.
- The SEN, LSA – Learning Support Assistant Special Needs PMLD appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, to be eligible for this role.
- To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
