Responsibilities
- Proficiency in creating engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Experience in assessing progress using standard methods like SATs.
- Ability to manage behavior and promote positive classroom environments. Understanding of early learning milestones and intervention strategies.
- Passion for nurturing curiosity and foundational skills in young learners.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
- Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
- To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
