Year 1 Teacher

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

We are currently supporting a lovely school who are looking to recruit a dynamic Year 1 Teacher to join their team of committed practitioners.
 Responsibilities

• The ideal Year 1 Teacher for this position will be someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school.
• The Year 1 Teacher appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
• It is important to this school that the Year 1 Teacher they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.

Qualifications/Experience

• You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this Year 1 Teacher role.
• Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this Year 1 Teacher job.
• To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a Year 1 Teacher.
