We work extensively with this particular school and are currently assisting in the recruitment of a dynamic Year 1 Teacher who can join their team of exited and committed staff.
Responsibilities
- The Year 1 Teacher hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
- The ideal Year 1 Teacher for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.
- It is important to this school that the Year 1 Teacher they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
- This school needs a Year 1 Teacher who is excited to motivate and engage students, and who thrives on the challenge of working in a demanding, yet rewarding environment.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
- Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
- To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
