We are working with a fantastic school who have been using us to support their recruitment efforts for many years to find an enthusiastic Teacher of SEN to join their team.
Responsibilities
- It is important for this school that the Teacher of SEN recruited is able to liaise with parents and provide feedback on student achievements and progress.
- The Teacher of SEN recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
- It is important to this school that the Teacher of SEN they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
- The ideal candidate for this Teacher of SEN role needs to be highly confident and able to support students from al different backgrounds.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
- Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
- To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
