Responsibilities
- The ideal TA for Special Needs for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.
- There will be an expectation for the successful TA for Special Needs to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.
- The TA for Special Needs recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this TA for Special Needs role.
- To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a TA for Special Needs.

- There is excellent senior leadership in place at this school and any TA for Special Needs joining this staff will enjoy strong support with great scope to career development.
- The school recruiting for this TA for Special Needs has a strong Senior Leadership Team who have extensive experience and are very supportive with transitioning overseas’ trained teachers to the UK curriculum.
