Responsibilities
- The ideal TA for SEN for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.
- There will be an expectation for the successful TA for SEN to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.
- It is important to this school that the TA for SEN they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this TA for SEN role.
- To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a TA for SEN.
