We work extensively with this particular school and are currently assisting in the recruitment of a dynamic SEN Teaching Assistant who can join their team of exited and committed staff. 
 
Responsibilities
  • The SEN Teaching Assistant hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
  • The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.
  • It is important for this school that the SEN Teaching Assistant recruited is able to liaise with parents and provide feedback on student achievements and progress.
 
Qualifications/Experience
  • You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this SEN Teaching Assistant role.
  • To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a SEN Teaching Assistant.
