We represent a school who have identified a key need for a SEN TA who can contribute to the teaching and learning of the young people in their community.
Responsibilities
- The SEN TA hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
- The successful SEN TA will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents’ evenings.
- The SEN TA appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this SEN TA role.
- To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a SEN TA.
