We are working with a fantastic school who have been using us to support their recruitment efforts for many years to find an enthusiastic LSA to join their team.
Responsibilities
- The ideal LSA for this position will be someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school.
- The successful LSA will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents’ evenings.
- There will be an expectation for the successful LSA to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school’s core values.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent to be eligible for this LSA role.
- To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a LSA.
