We are currently supporting a lovely school who are looking to recruit a dynamic Teaching Assistant to join their team or committed practitioners.
 
Responsibilities
  • The Teaching Assistant hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
  • The Teaching Assistant appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
  • The Teaching Assistant recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
 
Qualifications/Experience
  • You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this Teaching Assistant role.
  • To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a Teaching Assistant.
