We are currently supporting a lovely school who are looking to recruit a dynamic TA to join their team or committed practitioners.
Responsibilities
- The successful TA will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents’ evenings.
- There will be an expectation for the successful TA to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.
- The TA recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this TA role.
- To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a TA.
