We are currently representing a school who are looking to hire a committed and passionate TA for Special Needs to join their staff for next term.
Responsibilities
- The TA for Special Needs hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
- There will be an expectation for the successful TA for Special Needs to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.
- The ideal candidate for this TA for Special Needs role needs to be highly confident and able to support students from al different backgrounds.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this TA for Special Needs role.
- To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a TA for Special Needs.
