Responsibilities
- The successful TA for Special Needs will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents’ evenings.
- The TA for Special Needs recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
- The TA for Special Needs chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this TA for Special Needs role.
- To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a TA for Special Needs.
