Responsibilities
- It is important for this school that the TA for SEN recruited is able to liaise with parents and provide feedback on student achievements and progress.
- There will be an expectation for the successful TA for SEN to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.
- The TA for SEN recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this TA for SEN role.
- To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a TA for SEN.
