Responsibilities
- The Special Needs Teaching Assistant appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
- There will be an expectation for the successful Special Needs Teaching Assistant to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.
- The Special Needs Teaching Assistant recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this Special Needs Teaching Assistant role.
- To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant.

- The school recruiting for this Special Needs Teaching Assistant has a strong Senior Leadership Team who have extensive experience and are very supportive with transitioning overseas’ trained teachers to the UK curriculum.
