We represent a school who have identified a key need for a Special Needs Teaching Assistant who can contribute to the teaching and learning of the young people in their community.
Responsibilities
- The ideal Special Needs Teaching Assistant for this position will be someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school.
- The expectations for this role is a Special Needs Teaching Assistant who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area, and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning.
- The ideal Special Needs Teaching Assistant for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this Special Needs Teaching Assistant role.
- To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant.
