Responsibilities
- The Special Needs HLTA hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
- The Special Needs HLTA recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
- This school needs a Special Needs HLTA who is excited to motivate and engage students, and who thrives on the challenge of working in a demanding, yet rewarding environment.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this Special Needs HLTA role.
- To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a Special Needs HLTA.
