Join Us as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA).
This nurturing primary school in Wandsworth promotes the values of responsibility and respectfulness. They are looking for a Learning support assistant to work 1:1 or with small groups of SEN students (e.g., autism, ADHD, dyslexia and dyscalculia)

Responsibilities

  • This school requires a LSA – Learning Support Assistant Special Needs who is comfortable with technology, online management systems, and has strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.
  • Skills in using assistive technology and adaptive teaching strategies.
  • Proficiency in working with IEPs (Individualized Education Plans).
  • This school needs a LSA – Learning Support Assistant Special Needs who is excited to motivate and engage students, and who thrives on the challenge of working in a demanding, yet rewarding environment.

Qualifications/Experience

  • You must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, to be eligible for this role.
  • To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
