We represent a school who have identified a key need for a LSA who can contribute to the teaching and learning of the young people in their community.
Responsibilities
- The expectations for this role is a LSA who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area, and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning.
- The successful LSA will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents’ evenings.
- The ideal candidate for this LSA role needs to be highly confident and able to support students from al different backgrounds.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this LSA role.
- To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a LSA.
