- The ideal Higher Level Teaching Assistant for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.
- There will be an expectation for the successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.
- The Higher Level Teaching Assistant recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this Higher Level Teaching Assistant role.
- To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
