We represent a welcoming and inclusive Secondary school in Central London who are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Creative and Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their team.

The Role
As a Creative and Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across the school, including those with SEND, both in the classroom and through small group interventions. You will help to raise attainment, build confidence, and support pupils’ social and emotional development.
The school particularly welcomes candidates with creative skills, such as art, music, drama, or sports, who can bring energy and new ideas into the classroom and enrich the learning experience.
This position is ideal for graduates looking to gain hands-on experience before progressing into teacher training, as well as individuals from creative industries seeking to transition into education.
Requirements
• Graduate-level qualification or relevant creative background
• Proactive, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Genuine interest in working with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience with young people is desirable but not essential
• Willingness to learn and take initiative in a classroom setting
