DT Teacher

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
Job Type: Full-time
Contract length: Permanent 
 
We are working with a fantastic school who have been using us to support their recruitment efforts for many years to find an enthusiastic DT Teacher to join their team.
Responsibilities

• The ideal DT Teacher for this position will be someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school.
• The successful DT Teacher will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents’ evenings.
• It is important to this school that the DT Teacher they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.

Qualifications/Experience

• You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this DT Teacher role.
• Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this DT Teacher job.
• To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a DT Teacher.
