We represent a school who have identified a key need for a Year 2 Teacher who can contribute to the teaching and learning of the young people in their community.
Responsibilities
- The ideal Year 2 Teacher for this position will be someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school.
- It is important for this school that the Year 2 Teacher recruited is able to liaise with parents and provide feedback on student achievements and progress.
- The expectations for this role is a Year 2 Teacher who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area, and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning.
- The Year 2 Teacher hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
- Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
- To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
