Year 2 Teacher

We are working with a fantastic school who have been using us to support their recruitment efforts for many years to find an enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to join their team.
 
Responsibilities

• The ideal Year 2 Teacher for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.
• The successful Year 2 Teacher will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents’ evenings.
• The Year 2 Teacher recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
• It is important to this school that the Year 2 Teacher they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.

 
Qualifications/Experience

• You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
• Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
• To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
