We are currently supporting a school who we have had a strong relationship with for many years in recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join their amazing team.
 
Responsibilities
  • The Teaching Assistant hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
  • It is important for this school that the Teaching Assistant recruited is able to liaise with parents and provide feedback on student achievements and progress.
  • The Teaching Assistant recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
  • The ideal candidate for this Teaching Assistant role needs to be highly confident and able to support students from al different backgrounds.
Qualifications/Experience
  • You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
  • To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
