Responsibilities
- There will be an expectation for the successful Teaching Assistant to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.
- The Teaching Assistant recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
- It is important to this school that the Teaching Assistant they hire is able to analyze assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
Qualifications/Experience
- To be considered for this Teaching Assistant role you will need to provide an up to date CV with at least 2 school based references within the last 2 years.
- To be considered for this Teaching Assistant position applicants must have a relevant Teaching qualification, right to work in the UK, and a DBS on the update service/willingness to apply for a new DBS.
