We are currently supporting a lovely school who are looking to recruit a dynamic Teaching Assistant to join their team or committed practitioners.
Responsibilities
- The Teaching Assistant appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
- This school requires a Teaching Assistant who is comfortable with technology, online management systems, and has strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.
- There will be an expectation for the successful Teaching Assistant to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.
Qualifications/Experience
- Although not required, a Teaching Assistant with experience in First Aid and Manual handling would prove an asset in this position.
- The ideal Teaching Assistant for this role will have completed Team Teach Training and have experience implementing this into the classroom.
