We are currently representing a school who are looking to hire a committed and passionate Teaching Assistant to join their staff for next term.
Responsibilities
- This school requires a Teaching Assistant who is comfortable with technology, online management systems, and has strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.
- There will be an expectation for the successful Teaching Assistant to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.
- The Teaching Assistant recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
Qualifications/Experience
- Applications for this Teaching Assistant position are welcome from teachers at any stage in their career, including NQT's, and both British trained teachers and Overseas trained teachers who have eligibility to work in the UK will be considered.
- Although not required, a Teaching Assistant with experience in First Aid and Manual handling would prove an asset in this position.
