We work extensively with this particular school and are currently assisting in the recruitment of a dynamic Teaching Assistant who can join their team of exited and committed staff.
Responsibilities
- The Teaching Assistant appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
- This school requires a Teaching Assistant who is comfortable with technology, online management systems, and has strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.
- The ideal Teaching Assistant for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.
- The Teaching Assistant hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
- To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
