We are currently supporting a school who we have had a strong relationship with for many years in recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join their amazing team.
Responsibilities
- The successful Teaching Assistant will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents’ evenings.
- The ideal Teaching Assistant for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.
- The Teaching Assistant chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students.
- The Teaching Assistant hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
- To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
