Teaching Assistant

We are working with a fantastic school who have been using us to support their recruitment efforts for many years to find an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities

• The Teaching Assistant hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
• There will be an expectation for the successful Teaching Assistant to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.
• The Teaching Assistant chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students.
• The expectations for this role is a Teaching Assistant who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area, and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning.

Qualifications/Experience

• You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
• To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
