Teaching Assistant

We are currently supporting a lovely school who are looking to recruit a dynamic Teaching Assistant to join their team of committed practitioners.

Responsibilities

• It is important to this school that the Teaching Assistant they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
• The Teaching Assistant recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
• The ideal Teaching Assistant for this position will be someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school.
• The successful Teaching Assistant will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents’ evenings.

Qualifications/Experience

• You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
• To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
