We represent a school who have identified a key need for a Teaching Assistant Autism who can contribute to the teaching and learning of the young people in their community.
Responsibilities
- The ideal Teaching Assistant Autism for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.
- The successful Teaching Assistant Autism will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents’ evenings.
- There will be an expectation for the successful Teaching Assistant Autism to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.
- It is important to this school that the Teaching Assistant Autism they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
- To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
