Responsibilities
- It is important for this school that the Special Needs Teaching Assistant recruited is able to liaise with parents and provide feedback on student achievements and progress.
- The Special Needs Teaching Assistant appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
- The Special Needs Teaching Assistant recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
- It is important to this school that the Special Needs Teaching Assistant they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
- To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
