We represent a school who have identified a key need for a Special Needs Teaching Assistant who can contribute to the teaching and learning of the young people in their community.
 
Responsibilities
  • The Special Needs Teaching Assistant hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
  • The ideal Special Needs Teaching Assistant for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.
  • It is important for this school that the Special Needs Teaching Assistant recruited is able to liaise with parents and provide feedback on student achievements and progress.
  • The Special Needs Teaching Assistant appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
 
Qualifications/Experience
  • You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
  • To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
