We represent a school who have identified a key need for a Special Needs Teaching Assistant who can contribute to the teaching and learning of the young people in their community.
Responsibilities
- The Special Needs Teaching Assistant hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
- The ideal Special Needs Teaching Assistant for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.
- It is important to this school that the Special Needs Teaching Assistant they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.

Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
- To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
