We represent a school who have identified a key need for a Special Needs Teacher who can contribute to the teaching and learning of the young people in their community.
Responsibilities
- The expectations for this role is a Special Needs Teacher who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area, and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning.
- The Special Needs Teacher hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
- The ideal Special Needs Teacher for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.
Qualifications/Experience
- In addition to the role of Special Needs Teacher there are a number of after school sports programs available to students that would benefit from candidates with real coaching experience.
- In addition to the role of Special Needs Teacher there are a number of after school music programs available to students that would benefit from candidates who are experienced in musical theatre or playing instruments.
