We represent a school who have identified a key need for a Special Needs Teacher who can contribute to the teaching and learning of the young people in their community.
Responsibilities
- The ideal Special Needs Teacher for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.
- The successful Special Needs Teacher will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents’ evenings.
- It is important for this school that the Special Needs Teacher recruited is able to liaise with parents and provide feedback on student achievements and progress.
Qualifications/Experience
- To be considered for this Special Needs Teacher position applicants must have a relevant Teaching qualification, right to work in the UK, and a DBS on the update service/willingness to apply for a new DBS.
- Applications for this Special Needs Teacher position are welcome from teachers at any stage in their career, including NQT's, and both British trained teachers and Overseas trained teachers who have eligibility to work in the UK will be considered.
