We work extensively with this particular school and are currently assisting in the recruitment of a dynamic Special Needs TA who can join their team of exited and committed staff.
Responsibilities
- It is important to this school that the Special Needs TA they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
- This school needs a Special Needs TA who is excited to motivate and engage students, and who thrives on the challenge of working in a demanding, yet rewarding environment.
- The ideal candidate for this Special Needs TA role needs to be highly confident and able to support students from al different backgrounds.
Qualifications/Experience
- Applications for this Special Needs TA position are welcome from teachers at any stage in their career, including NQT's, and both British trained teachers and Overseas trained teachers who have eligibility to work in the UK will be considered.
- Although not required, a Special Needs TA with experience in First Aid and Manual handling would prove an asset in this position.
