Responsibilities
- The successful Special Needs TA will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents’ evenings.
- It is important for this school that the Special Needs TA recruited is able to liaise with parents and provide feedback on student achievements and progress.
- The Special Needs TA appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
Qualifications/Experience
- This school is looking for an Special Needs TA with at least some experience in a UK classroom, and will prioritise applicants with recognised Teaching qualifications and UK QTS.
- A newly qualified Special Needs TA may be considered if they put forward a particularly strong application.
