We are currently supporting a lovely school who are looking to recruit a dynamic Special Needs TA to join their team or committed practitioners.
Responsibilities
- This school requires a Special Needs TA who is comfortable with technology, online management systems, and has strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.
- There will be an expectation for the successful Special Needs TA to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.
- The Special Needs TA recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
- Qualifications/Experience
- Applications for this Special Needs TA position are welcome from teachers at any stage in their career, including NQT's, and both British trained teachers and Overseas trained teachers who have eligibility to work in the UK will be considered.
- Although not required, a Special Needs TA with experience in First Aid and Manual handling would prove an asset in this position.
