We represent a school who have identified a key need for a Special Needs HLTA who can contribute to the teaching and learning of the young people in their community.

Responsibilities

  • The Special Needs HLTA hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
  • It is important for this school that the Special Needs HLTA recruited is able to liaise with parents and provide feedback on student achievements and progress.
  • The Special Needs HLTA appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
Qualifications/Experience
  • You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this Special Needs HLTA role.
  • To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a Special Needs HLTA.
