SEN Teaching Assistant SpLD

We are currently representing a school who are looking to hire a committed and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant SpLD to join their staff for next term.

Responsibilities

• The SEN Teaching Assistant SpLD recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
• The ideal candidate for this SEN Teaching Assistant SpLD role needs to be highly confident and able to support students from all different backgrounds.
• This school needs a SEN Teaching Assistant SpLD who is excited to motivate and engage students, and who thrives on the challenge of working in a demanding, yet rewarding environment.
• The successful SEN Teaching Assistant SpLD will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents’ evenings.

Qualifications/Experience

• You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
• To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
