Responsibilities
- The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant for this position will be someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school.
- The SEN Teaching Assistant recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
- It is important to this school that the SEN Teaching Assistant they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
Qualifications/Experience
- The SEN Teaching Assistant chosen for this role will need detailed knowledge of national curriculum requirements for their subject area.
- In addition to the role of SEN Teaching Assistant there are a number of after school music programs available to students that would benefit from candidates who are experienced in musical theatre or playing instruments.
