We work extensively with this particular school and are currently assisting in the recruitment of a dynamic SEN Teaching Assistant Autism who can join their team of exited and committed staff. 
 
Responsibilities

  • It is important for this school that the SEN Teaching Assistant Autism recruited is able to liaise with parents and provide feedback on student achievements and progress.
  • The SEN Teaching Assistant Autism appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
  • This school requires a SEN Teaching Assistant Autism who is comfortable with technology, online management systems, and has strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.
  • The SEN Teaching Assistant Autism recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
 
Qualifications/Experience
 
  • You must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
  • To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
