We work extensively with this particular school and are currently assisting in the recruitment of a dynamic SEN Teaching Assistant Autism who can join their team of exited and committed staff.
Responsibilities
- The SEN Teaching Assistant Autism appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
- There will be an expectation for the successful SEN Teaching Assistant Autism to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.
- The SEN Teaching Assistant Autism recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.

Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
