We work extensively with this particular school and are currently assisting in the recruitment of a dynamic SEN Teaching Assistant Autism who can join their team of exited and committed staff.
Responsibilities
- There will be an expectation for the successful SEN Teaching Assistant Autism to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.
- The successful SEN Teaching Assistant Autism will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents’ evenings.
- The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant Autism for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.
- The SEN Teaching Assistant Autism recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
- To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
