We are working with a fantastic school who have been using us to support their recruitment efforts for many years to find an enthusiastic SEN Teacher SpLD to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • The expectations for this role is a SEN Teacher SpLD who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area, and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning.
  • It is important to this school that the SEN Teacher SpLD they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
  • This school requires a SEN Teacher SpLD who is comfortable with technology, online management systems, and has strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.
  • The ideal candidate for this SEN Teacher SpLD role needs to be highly confident and able to support students from all different backgrounds.

Qualifications/Experience

  • You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
  • Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
  • To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
