SEN Teacher SEMH

We are currently supporting a lovely school who are looking to recruit a dynamic SEN Teacher SEMH to join their team of committed practitioners.

Responsibilities

• The expectations for this role is a SEN Teacher SEMH who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area, and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning.
• The ideal SEN Teacher SEMH for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.
• The SEN Teacher SEMH chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students.
• It is important for this school that the SEN Teacher SEMH recruited is able to liaise with parents and provide feedback on student achievements and progress.

Qualifications/Experience

• You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
• Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
• To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
